Available for $2.99 in the AppStore as of right now, 360 Panorama should make an obvious addition to any avid iPhone photographer’s collection of camera apps. Photography is a small hobby of mine, and I’m always on the hunt for hot new camera apps for the iPhone. When Occipital co-founder Vikas Reddy told me about the company’s new app, I was very excited to get my hands on it and test it out in the field.

Previously, my favorite option for creating panoramas on my iPhone has been an app called AutoStitch. To make panoramas in AutoStitch, I have to first snap a series of pictures, making sure to leave enough overlap for each image to fit together with the next. Then I would fire up the app, select the right pictures, and wait about 30-60 seconds for the app to complete the stitching process.

With 360 Panorama, the time it takes to create a panoramic image is significantly reduced. Once the app loads, simply hold the phone up in the position you wish to begin the panorama, tap the screen, rotate the view either left of right and tap the “Save” button to store the panorama. Panoramas are created right before your eyes in real-time as you pan side-to-side, eliminating the uploading and waiting time in other apps.

But anticipation of a different sort is building among retail and label executives: Can “Speak Now” top U.S. debut-week sales of 1 million units? And if Swift can’t attain that now-elusive milestone, can anyone?

The last album to do so was Lil Wayne’s “Tha Carter III,” which sold slightly more than 1 million units in its first week ended June 15, 2008, and has sold 3.5 million units to date, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Since then, the closest any other album has come to matching that performance was AC/DC’s “Black Ice,” which bowed with 784,000 units in the week ended Oct. 24, 2008, and has sold a total of 2.2 million, according to SoundScan. Eminem’s “Recovery,” the sales champ of 2010 so far, debuted with 741,000 units in the week ended June 27 and has racked up total U.S. sales of 1.5 million, according to SoundScan.
In an informal survey of a dozen recording industry executives conducted by Billboard, Boyle, West and Wayne each drew votes as contenders for million-unit debut weeks. But most say they believe Swift has the best shot.
“It feels like if anybody can do it now, she could be the one,” says Will Botwin, president/CEO of Red Light Management and ATO Records. “She has the sales base and heat from the last few albums. And with all the amazing things she has going on, she is as likely as anybody to reach a million units, especially with the efforts of Big Machine and Universal behind her.”

The country sensation was struck by Brit actor Toby Hemingway as she watched his performance in Feast of Love – and now she gets to pretend to be his bride.

She tells People.com, “I just loved that movie and thought Toby was so great that I thought it would be perfect to put him in the video.”

And she knew she’d found her perfect onscreen groom when she watched another film featuring the 27 year old, which included her favourite number 13.

She adds, “I was doing some more research and watched another movie he was in, called The Covenant. I’ve got this crazy 13 lucky thing, and he walks on screen for the first time wearing a sweatshirt with a 13 on it! That was the deciding factor. It wasn’t really up to me, it was about the number.”

Hemingway isn’t the first hunk to play husband-to-be in a Swift video – Miley Cyrus’ ex-boyfriend Justin Gaston was her love interest in her Romeo & Juliet-themed Love Story promo.

“They met on the set of her music video, A Rose to the Fallen, and instantly connected,” a source said.

“They both don’t want to rush into anything too serious, so are taking it slow.”Swift has previously said she’s too busy for a boyfriend.

“There’s a lot to distract me from dating,” she said back in April. “I don’t really sit around and wallow in being alone. It’s in my comfort zone, being single.“I feel that a lot happens to you when you’re not looking for it, so I’m not actively looking. I don’t have a problem with being single.

“All my friends in high school would always go from boyfriend to boyfriend and they were never alone because they hated being alone. I never want to be that way

The ‘Love Story’ hitmaker has reportedly been talked out of getting a tattoo of her favourite digit etched onto her arm after her family told her it would be bad for her image.

A source told gossip website Absolute Now: “Taylor has this weird connection with the number 13 which goes back to when she was a kid. It’s her lucky number. Every time she has won an award she has sat in seat number 13, and the number keeps cropping up in good times for her.

“She was even going to get a tattoo on her arm but her folks have stepped in and convinced her it could be kind of unlucky for her look.”

It was previously claimed that Taylor’s friend Miley Cyrus has urged her to get some body art.

The 17-year-old ‘Hannah Montana’ star reportedly wanted her pop singer pal to get the words “Just Breathe” – which Miley has etched under her left breast – inked onto her body.

However, Taylor, 20, reportedly told her: “My mom would kill me! Besides I hate needles.”

“You could put her in a time machine in any era and she would have a hit record. Don’t confuse everybody loving one thing as hype. Sometimes that’s everyone agreeing that it’s fabulous.”

Truer words have never been spoken. And I have to add that just because so many people agree that Swift’s music is fabulous is no reason for others to think it isn’t. That admiration from other songwriters is, in fact, why she won this award for promising young talent in the first place.
